“For the last 10+years we’ve had the opportunity to enjoy indoor soccer during the winter and spring times at the Redmond Arena Sports facility, and…I truly enjoy the venue, the staff, and the chance to play some soccer indoors away from mother nature. The venue is truly one-of-a-kind, with exceptional amenities and the food/beverages are awesome, especially when you’re relaxing prior/after a match.”

Respect the Ref
At Arena Sports, our goal is to promote a fun, soccer-loving community. Confronting and verbally abusing referees can often lead to cards, which is no fun for anyone. It’s not realistic to expect a referee to call a perfect match — just like it’s not realistic to expect that players will PLAY a perfect match. Send your feedback through our referee evaluation form — positive comments are welcome too!
FAQ
The primary difference between indoor and outdoor soccer lies in the format and playing environment. Indoor soccer typically takes place on a smaller, enclosed field with artificial turf and boards. In contrast, outdoor soccer is played on larger grass or natural turf fields, offering players ample space to maneuver and strategize over a longer duration.
Gameplay dynamics also differ significantly; indoor matches feature fewer players on each team, often resulting in a higher scoring frequency and constant engagement with the ball. This setup requires quick decision-making and sharp reflexes, as the smaller playing area offers minimal time and space for plays to develop. Conversely, outdoor soccer promotes a more traditional, strategic buildup, allowing for varied formations and plays over the course of a longer match.
Additionally, the rules and regulations can vary, particularly regarding substitutions, penalties, and kick-ins, further distinguishing the two formats. Overall, each style of soccer presents unique benefits and challenges, catering to a diverse array of player preferences and skill.
We offer five adult league seasons a year (Winter I, Winter II, Spring, Summer and Fall) that break down into approximately 7-12 week cycles.
For Winter I, Winter II and Spring seasons, the team fee must be half paid by the first game and fully paid by the half-way point in the season. Summer and Fall seasons must be paid-in-full by the first game. Membership fees are paid upfront.
Games can be rescheduled with 72+ hours notice. Please visit our reschedule page to learn more.
Is there a place to hang out with my teammates after the game?
Arena Sports welcomes you and your teammates to hang out before and after the game, by offering seating and dining areas where you can purchase food and beverages while you prep for the game or rehash game highlights afterwards.
